Whether you are booking your first valet or setting up your valetor business, these guides will help you get started. For anything not covered here, our support team is an email away.

Getting started as a customer

1. Create an account -- click 'Get Started' and choose the customer option. You will need an email address and password.

2. Search for valetors -- enter your postcode on the search page to see available valetors in your area. You can filter by service type and read reviews.

3. Book a service -- pick a valetor, choose a service and time slot, then confirm and pay securely through Stripe.

4. On the day -- your valetor will arrive at the agreed time and location. You can track the status of your job from your bookings page.

Getting started as a valetor

1. Register -- click 'Get Started' and choose the valetor option. Fill in your business details and create your account.

2. Complete setup -- add the services you offer with pricing for each vehicle size, define the postcodes you cover, and upload a profile photo.

3. Connect Stripe -- link your Stripe account so you can receive payouts for platform bookings. The setup wizard will guide you through this.

4. Set your availability -- use the calendar in your dashboard to mark the days and times you are available. Customers can only book slots you have opened.

5. Start accepting jobs -- when a customer books you, you will receive a notification. Manage all your jobs, messages, and earnings from the dashboard.

Managing bookings

Customers can view, reschedule, or cancel bookings from the bookings page in their account. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are fully refundable.

Valetors can manage upcoming jobs from the dashboard. If you need to cancel a confirmed job, do so as early as possible. Repeated cancellations may affect your profile ranking.

Payments and payouts

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers pay at the time of booking using a debit or credit card.

Valetors receive payouts to their connected Stripe account after a job is marked complete. Payouts typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Your account and privacy

You can update your profile, email address, and password from the settings page in your dashboard. Valetors can also update their service listings, pricing, and availability at any time.
