General support
The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@valetors.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.
When contacting support, please include the email address associated with your Valetors account and as much context as possible (booking date, valetor name, screenshots if relevant). This helps us resolve issues faster.
Booking and payment issues
If you have a problem with a booking, cancellation, or payment, email us with the booking reference or date and we will investigate. Refund requests should be raised within 48 hours of the service.
Valetor account support
For help with your valetor profile, services, availability, Stripe onboarding, or payouts, email us and we will get you sorted. During beta, our team can make manual adjustments if something is not working as expected.
Partnerships and beta access
If you are a valeting business interested in joining the beta, or a partner who wants to work with us, we would love to hear from you. Drop us an email with a brief description of your business or idea.
Feedback
We are building Valetors with real input from the people who use it. If you have a feature request, a complaint, or something you think we could do better, please tell us. Every email gets read.
