About Valetors
Valetors is building the operating system for mobile car valeting: a trusted marketplace for customers and a practical business toolkit for valetors. We believe professional car care should be easy to find, simple to book, and rewarding to deliver.
Why we exist
Booking a mobile car valet today is fragmented and frustrating. Customers rely on word of mouth, Facebook groups, or outdated directories. There is no easy way to compare services, read verified reviews, or book and pay online.
On the other side, valetors are running their businesses from a patchwork of WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, and paper diaries. They lose time on admin that could be spent on the road earning.
Valetors brings both sides together. Customers get a reliable way to discover and book trusted local professionals. Valetors get a single place to manage their calendar, jobs, earnings, messaging, and reputation.
Our approach
We are SaaS-first, marketplace-second. We start by giving valetors genuinely useful business tools -- calendar management, job tracking, route planning, earnings dashboards, and a unified inbox -- so the platform earns its place in their daily workflow before we ask them to accept marketplace bookings.
This means valetors are not just listings on a directory. They are active users who manage their real schedule on the platform, which makes availability accurate and bookings reliable for customers.
Private beta
Valetors is currently in a carefully managed private beta, focused on selected areas in the UK. We are working closely with a small group of valetors and customers to refine the experience before a wider launch.
During beta, our team may occasionally step in manually to keep jobs, payments, or support conversations moving smoothly. This hands-on approach lets us learn fast and build the right product.
Built in Bournemouth
Valetors is designed and built in Bournemouth, UK. We are a small, focused team that cares about getting the details right -- for both the people booking a valet and the people delivering one.
